This is my easy, healthy granola homemade recipe, just using a few ingredients. Recently, I have been trying to make more food at home from scratch, as I love knowing exactly what is in my food, and granola has been one of the recipes I have trialled and mastered. I wanted to share this easy recipe with you, it's super quick, delicious to eat as a go-to breakfast and snack.
Ingredients for My Healthy Homemade Granola
- 250 grams of mixed nuts (almonds, brazilian nuts, walnuts), finely chopped into edible chunks
- 2 cups of chunky oats ( I use Flahavans oats)
- 1 cup of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla essence
- 1 cup of olive oil ( or coconut oil/butter)
- 1 teaspoon of organic cold milled flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin & chia seeds & goji berries.

Prep time - 10 minutes
Bake time - 30 minutes
1. Add mixed nuts to the glass bowl
2. Add chunky oats
3. Add Honey
4. Add Vanilla extract
5. Add Olive oil
6. Add organic cold-milled flaxseed mix
7. Then mix together, add the granola mix onto a greased proof/ parchment paper, and press the granola down. This will help create chunky cluster granola. Add this granola tray to a preheated oven (180 degrees C for 30 mins until golden colour, turn the granola over halfway through to make sure it's baked through.
HOW TO STORE YOUR GRANOLA
