  • 1 cup of olive oil ( or coconut oil / butter)
  • 1 teaspoon of organic cold milled flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin & chia seeds & goji berries.

Prep time - 10 minutes
Bake time - 30 minutes

1. Add mixed nuts to the glass bowl
2. Add chunky oats
3. Add Honey
4. Add Vanilla extract
5. Add Olive oil
6. Add organic cold milled flaxseed mix
7. then mix together add the granola mix onto a grease proof/ parchment paper and press the granola down this will help create chunky cluster granola. Add this granola tray to a preheated oven (180 degrees c for 30 mins until golden colour), turn the granola over half way through to make sure it's baked through.

I store my granola in a airtight glass container for up to 2 weeks.
